Finally finished. It felt a bit like a marathon project. I was in a really bad mood when I decided to cast on for this one and made samples with almost every colour in my stash (mostly blue and purple) but nothing was satisfying at that moment. Then I took the grasshopper green and my mood became a lot better. At first……after that, me and the cardigan had a tough time. I have absolutely nothing green in my wardrobe, except for some green sneakers, and was so in doubt about my colour choice that I almost frogged it when I reached the pocket section. I love the combination for itself, but maybe because I´m so pale I don´t feel very comfortable with green.

I decided not to frog it, put it away in a box several times and took it out from time to time to continue in small parts. So, now I´m done :) And quite happy with it. Fits perfectly after blocking.

The pattern itself is amazing. I learned a lot new techniques and it was nice to see the whole thing grow. And thanks to all the charts and tutorials attached you can´t miss anything.

As I did this in fingering weight I mostly followed the charts for M with some adjustments to get something between XS and S. Can´t exactly remember what I did as I started almost half a year ago and didn´t made proper notes.

In the end I really like the result, time will tell if I get along with the green.
