I have made 9 sample versions of Curve of Pursuit, colouring them in different ways to show some of the effects that can be achieved.

They appear in my projects as ‘pairs’. The photographs in each project show a pair plus a version which is very similar to the original afghan and a combined photo of them all.

I chose to make them in shades of grey so that people are not distracted from the design by seeing different colours.

• Stylecraft Special DK - Grey
• Stylecraft Special DK - Graphite
• Stylecraft Special DK - Black
• King Cole Comfort - 614
• King Cole Comfort - 722
• King Cole Panache - Charcoal
• Woolcraft New Fashion - K18

Stylecraft is always my acrylic yarn of choice but I had to use other brands to get the range of colours. For the record, I hate Woolcraft New Fashion and would never use it from choice.
