Notes

Gauge: 12-st cable panel = 1.75”

Because my row gauge was smaller than the pattern’s, I knit the hat 7” long before the crown shaping instead of 6” long for a finished length of 10.5” instead of 10.25”.

I used a 4” diameter faux fur pom-pom from Joann Fabrics.

I attached a 7/8” button to the inside of the hat so the pom-pom can be removed.
