Little brother Lucas is 3 months old in the photo (7/28/19).

My gauge is larger than the Strawberry Shoes, so I followed the sole directions for the 3 month size Pom-Pom Booties and the strap directions for the Baby Jane Booties.

I couldn’t get the flower to look cute following the pattern as written so I crocheted the white and yellow parts separately and sewed them together.

I used 1/2” buttons from Hobby Lobby from the same package as the buttons I used for Aria’s Berrylicious Cardigan. I only had one white button left, so I used green buttons for the shoes.

Sole:
-Work Pom-Pom booties pattern through row 8 - 43 sts
-Row 9: purl
Foot:
-Row 1: k2 R, k1 W, * k3 R, k1 W to last 4 sts, k4 R
-Work 3 rows in red
-Row 5: k4 R, k1 W, * k3 R, k1 W to last 2 sts, k2 R
-Work 2 rows in red
-Row 8: purl in green
-Work Baby Jane row 15
-Purl 24, turn
-ssk 3 times, k1, k2tog 3 times, turn
-Purl to end
-k8, bind off 13, k8
Strap:
-Work as directed in Baby Jane
-Cast on 16 for strap instead of 13, work buttonhole 2 sts from edge instead of one - 31 sts
-Work 5 rows for strap instead of 4
