3/12 Finished! Love it :0) Color is richer and deeper in person.
3/11 I am really eager to unpin this as it feels dry to the touch, but I’m going to give it another day to make sure. It’s a bit thicker than the other shawls I’ve made and I don’t want to be hasty and unhappy with the results.
3/10 Garter stitch top edging to do and then a soak and blocking. Can’t wait to see it completely finished!
3/6 Beaded and ready to start the body of the shawl. I expect it will take off now that the hard work is done! I love how this is turning out - this green is so rich and lush and the pale blue aquamarine beads remind me of little droplets of dew.
3/5 Ruffle complete. Skipped the beads along the edge, trying to decide if I want the trio of beads above each ruffle or not…

This yarn is so lovely - so smooth and silky and the color is very rich and deep. I love it! I cannot recommend this indie dyer too highly, she has such an eye for color and is willing to do custom colors as well. These skeins were part of a larger custom order and I am supremely happy with each of them - great quality yarn.
