2/2 Complete. I think I’m getting burned out on knitting hats, this one is my 10th hat since the beginning of the year (all in less than a month, starting 1/4!) and I really struggled to stay focused…hopefully it will be my last for a while.
2/1 So having knit a handful of hats lately in sport weight I knew right off that I would need to go up to US 3’s for the body of this hat. This ended up resulting in a much larger row gauge, requiring me to skip the third repeat of the center section of the chart in order to get the correct height for the hat. I guess that’s a good thing in a way as it means I will be able to skip 15 rows of knitting…visually it will be one less ‘chain link’ though.

My camera seems to pick up navy blue colors as royal blue. The actual color is a navy blue.
