Only just got a photo back from my daughter of this bag to post. Loved this project so much ~ who doesn’t like a free pattern? The only trouble we’ve had with it is that it stretches a bit. Perhaps next time I will line the bag and possibly the strap too. Washes wonderfully and looks so good!

I added a button and closure strap to help keep contents in and I only did the ruffle on one side as both sides seemed to be a bit much and I thought it might feel strange to have a big ruffle bump against the hip.

This project and yarn wash really well, it’s been through the wash twice, reshaped and dryed flat with just a fluffing in the dryer at the end.
