I worked only 33 of the 36 rows because 1 skein of chroma fingering is a tad short. For a final finishing row, I did this:

CH 6. SC into top of last DC of first shell. CH 6. SC into top of next DC (the beginning of the 5 DC fan). CH 4 picot. SC into top of next DC. 3 DC cluster into next CH1 space. CH 4 picot. 3 DC cluster into next CH1 space. SC into the next DC (the fourth DC of 5 DC fan). CH 4 picot. SC into next DC (last DC of 5 DC fan). CH 6. SC into next DC (first DC of shell). CH 6. SC between the two shells.

Repeat around.
