Short notes:

I didn’t really know what this was going to be. You really have to make a rectangle/square, so the options aren’t limitless. So then I thought, why not actually make it hanging art, much like the name of the yarn?

I cast on 82 sts according to the calculator at plannedpooling.com, provisionally. This was so I could start at the exact color I wanted to.

At the end I just bound off not paying attention to color stitch count, as that row was going to be in a seam, or as it turned out, nailed to canvas.
