July 2, 2014: I didn’t really listen to the length measurements… I knit my first skein till it was done and then knit with the 2nd in some sort of gambling estimate. I managed not to have the exact length straps, but it was enough!

To block it, I inserted a square travel toiletries bag and filled the soaked bag with fiberfill. Keep the strap flat!

Truffle is the bottom, Viburnum the top! Great project to work on when you can’t look at it. Compact and lots of stockinette, but poof, you have a little hobo bag.

While the Quince Sparrow is a lovely color and firm and cool -- it really is tough on the hands after a couple of hours of knitting.
