I just noticed I didn’t record the needle size. Probably a 7 or 8 (US). Started with k1, p1 rib in single strand, 20 stitches. Increased(kyok) 4 places every other round in ribbing until it looked to fit around base of pot.

Switched to stockinette stitch with yarn doubled, decreased 4x every other round to fit pot and still slip over wider bottom, and finished with k1, p1 rib. Bound off with stretchy bind off.
