I was fighting with the size 0 needles, so frogged and cast on again with size 1. New documenting photos for the challenge taken.

Written lace instructions row 2 should end with k4, not k5.

Row 4 should be: k5, s1kp, k2 (Photo with needles pointing: first repeat from toes is as written, red needle is with this correction)
