Chart 1 is completed. I had worked up to row 26 and was not happy with the edges. I ripped back to row 2 and started working the edge stitches as one stitch holding both strands together. I slipped the first stitch as to purl with yarn held to front and knitted the last stitch with both strands of yarn.
