I’m using the charts working toe up. Cast on 12 stitches Judy’s magic cast on (24 st total) increase to 30 stitches each needle 2 stitches from ends. Start chart in red repeat box. I plan on working an afterthought heel.

Ok, I just ripped back 12 rnds to the heel placement and am working FLKH instead. I want to make these a bit longer in the leg and need to try them on to decide when to increase for the calf. Maybe an afterthought heel on another pair!

Now I broke my needle. I sharpened the end, which makes it barely usable… One end is now 1 7/8” long including the metal ferrule.
