Cast on.

Straps w/out buttonholes 22 minutes each.
Straps with buttonholes 30 minutes each.
Additional 3 hours

I’m not cutting yarn on last buttonhole strap.

Now that I have the pattern memorized, it is taking about 22 minutes for each repeat (ridge of lace.)

Slipping the stitches back and forth to move the markers was confusing.

I measured for length from the center underarm of the piece.

Oopsie!! Looks like frog buttons are bad luck on a knitted project!

There was a hiccup with the pattern, had to frog back to the straps.
