December 3rd 2010 - finally sewed together the ends to make a loopy scarf, and it came out great. The garter-stitch stretches so it can go around the neck once (a little akward), twice (comfy) or thrice (for really cold days). I say success.

October 25th 2010 - I love the colors of this yarn. Such a beautiful skein, and I had it sitting around waiting for the perfect project. Except, I don’t love this yarn nearly as much when it’s knit up as I do when it’s not. I don’t really care for the striping it does (note to self - very little contrast in the variegated color will make you more happy). So, I’m doing a garter stitch scarf with the intentional pooling method.
