These need a do-over

I redid the heel in one sock three times already, but it still feels too tight on the instep. On the other sock it feels borderline too tight, but do-able.

I want to frog them back to the toe and add 8 stitches (at least) to make them fit better. They have the length to compensate for the extra stitches, without becoming too short.
