OK, OK I definitely got milk on my brain. During one, very long nursing marathon I came up with the idea of this cute, simple hat.
It fits the baby nicely, very easy to knit even for a very sleep deprived Mommy and will get you a smile and laugh for you and a cute hat for the baby.
This hat would take about an hour or so to knit. Best of all it is knitted in the round, so no purling. The hat knit in Worsted Weight yarn, using #5 needles. I used Clover bamboo, nice, smooth and not slippery. Of course, it can be made up in just one color or in different color combinations for a totally different look.
