Notes

Good, solid, straightforward pattern. Really pleased with the results. Knitted up very quickly, used less yarn then called for. Love the short row sleeve cap, my first project with this technique since learning it from Gudrun at SquamItalia!

Mal Twist is yummy stuff, so soft. Used 3 different dyelots and worked 2 skeins at a time.

While doing the short row sleeve caps, I did get a little frustrated sorting out how best to work the wraps. Knit side wraps were fine, but got some wonky results when working purlside wraps. This vid was pretty helpful.

When I was about 7/8ths done with sleeves I put them on waste yarn, worked collar and wet blocked the entire piece. After drying, the fronts were much more settled, and I was able to better judge how many stitches to pick up for the button bands. Also helped me to figure out exactly how much further to work the sleeves before starting the ribbing.

Mods:
Worked body longer.
PU 2 of 3 sts (instead of 3 of 4) for a total of 94 for button bands. Used this calculator to space the buttonholes evenly.
Worked One Row Buttonholes as described here by Knitty.
Went down one needle size for ribbing (collar, bands, cuffs)

If I were to do the sweater again, I would have slightly negative ease in the bust.
