I’m making this scarf in trade for reflexology. She gets a DR WHO scarf for her daughter for Christmas and I get Reflexology sessions till Christmas. I’m not sure if I’ve bit off more than I can chew this thing is LLLOOONNNGGG!
Sept 22 Day 1 4 ridges plum done, 26 ridges tan done, 8 ridges rust done.
Sept 23 Day 2 I was using some wool I got at a second hand store for the Tan and Gold colours but I’m just not happy. The old wool is stiff and very scratchy and it’s very noticeable against the alpaca so I’ll be frogging it back to the first 4 ridges and buying more wool Ya!.
Sept 24 Day 3 waiting for my wonderful, patient, and tolerant husband to bring the yarn back with him (he’s stopping at the LYS in Winnipeg after work). I phoned ahead so they know he’s coming and what he’s looking for. He’s so good to me! 26 ridges tan done. Good night.
Sept 25 Day 4 8 ridges rust done, 5 ridges gold done, at 2 ridges red. 10:30 PM Good night.
Sept 26 Day 5 11 ridges red done, 4 ridges plum done, 22 ridges grey done, 5 ridges green. 10:05 PM Good Night.
Sept 27 Day 6 11 ridges green done, 4 ridges gold done, at 5 ridges tan. 9:20 PM got to get up early tomorrow Good Night.
Sept 28 Day 7 15 ridges tan done, 8 ridges red done, 4 ridges rust done, 6 ridges plum done, 22 ridges green done. 11:30 PM GOOD NIGHT!
Sept 29 Day 8 5 ridges gold done, 9 ridges grey done, 5 ridges red done, at two ridges tan.
Sept 30 Day 9 I can’t take it any more I need to take a break and work on a design that is spinning around in my head.
Oct 1 Day 10 27 ridges tan done, 5 ridges plum done, 11 ridges green done. 10:03 PM Good night.

AAAAHHH! please no more garter stitch I need a break.

Dec 16 Day?I got side tracked with a few new designs and stopped taking pictures. It’s not difficult to knit and that was the problem, my mind was going numb. But I’m all done, and cast off I just need to tuck in a few more ends and add the tassels.
