This knit up so quickly. It was a very fun project. I wanted to make sure it would be wearable for the baby this winter so I followed the pattern using DK weight yarn and size 6 needles.

In reading through comments, people were saying that the sweater was coming out newborn size when using fingering weight yarn and smaller needles. Since it’s just turning summer, I wanted a bigger sweater so that it might get some use in the fall. Mine came out somewhere between a 9 mo. and 12 mo. size.
