Made this exactly as written except that I used size US 3 needles rather than US 2.5 because that’s what I had in 16” length. (Yes, there is a knitting needle size I don’t have apparently.)

This is a very nice height and comfortably loose for a cowl that doesn’t get wrapped more than once. (I don’t like the turtleneck feeling at all, so a cowl that is a bit loose is a big plus for me.)

The Casbah is an amazing yarn. So so so soft and it blocked beautifully.

I gave the pattern a lower star rating and a higher difficulty rating than I normally would because I really dislike the way it is charted. It does not follow “standard” chart symbols. The written instructions are good, but I strongly prefer to work from a chart so a poor chart really gets under my skin.
