Center square is 36 grams (216 meters)
Measures 40cmx40cm

176 stitches on the first side when finished the wave pattern.

Each “wave” in the border takes between 6 and 7 minutes - and there is 140 waves in the edging.
1 skein used up when I was almost done with the 3rd side (not started the edging).

I inserted safetypins straight after finishing center square. That kept track of what was the right side of the shawl.

Did provisional cast on for the edging. VIDEO I think using kitchener stitch instead of sewing the edges together will look better.

Next time I would knit 1 side, then do the edge - move to the second side and do the edge, third side and edge and finish of doing the 4th side and the edge. I did all 4 sides without the edge and first of all the edge will take forever, second there is alot of fabric to move around doing the edge last - so don’t!

Had 7 grams left of the second skein.

Have had the nicest weather EVER the last week. Almost summerlike - and normally we have lots of snow this time of year. So I blocked it outside in the lovely weather :)
