I have decided I now want to knit these legwarmers using magic loop so I’m frogging the project and casting on again.
Completely unintentional that I finished the project exactly a year after the first CO.
The pattern is really easy to remember and quite a quick knit once I got into the rhythm of it.
The Shilasdair yarn has quite a rustic feel about it and the pattern doesn’t show up too well. I think the problem is a combination of the colour and the way the fibre is spun.
However, the friend to whom these will be gifted to will prefer the naturally dyed nature of the yarn and the minimal processing that went into making it.
