This yarn was previously in a hairpin lace shawl, but now is headed for clapotis-ville!

3/3: I had been making very good progress… I got to the ‘straight’ rows on my second day! But, on my third time dropping stitches, something went terribly wrong at the bottom… I guess I had messed up… Unfortunately, I had to rip back about 40 rows to get back to normal :( I think that’s a sign it needs to be put down for the night.

3/5: I’m almost back to where I had gotten before my big ooopsie!

3/15: I love working on this! I’ve been pretty busy recently, so I haven’t done too much, but it’s really relaxing knitting!

4/14: I’ve had a lot of other projects to do recently, so this got put on the back burner… but I’m still loving it, and chugging along!

5/1: I finished and wore it out last night! Hooray! I really love it… I think I made it longer than I was supposed to (I just went until I ran out of yarn, I didn’t count the repeats), but it wraps around a number of times and stays put, so that’s good!

I think I’ll do another :)
