Introducing The C3 (Cold Conquering Cowl). This was made for the youngest of my 3 children. Being the youngest, as you can imagine, his siblings enjoy throwing snow down his neck. He also loves to roll around in the snow (thus, again, getting snow down his neck). It also works well as an open-ended hat to help contain unruly hair! :D

Please note, I made a few little changes to the pattern to clarify a couple things and also to include how to pick up the last loop to make a neat edge.

I was looking for a simple baby boy beanie that had a little something extra to it but still was fairly plain. Couldn’t find quite what I was looking for so I came up with my own pattern.

In the photo, I only cast on 32, but in the pattern, I have changed that to cast on 36, so you will not get as much stretching.

please let me know if you find any problems with this pattern. It’s a fairly simple pattern.

I created this garter for my SIL’s upcoming wedding. I wanted to try crocheting a lacey one but coouldn’t find just what I was looking for, so I decided to come up with my own. It is pretty quick and easy.
