This beautiful, delicate shawl is knit in 2 parts. There is a garter stitch crescent, perfect for TV knitting, or when you need to relax, then a lace border (plain on the purl rows) for when you feel like concentrating on something more interesting. You then join the 2 pieces together as you cast off the garter stitch section.
