Cowl can be sized up or down with a 12+1 count.

Easily adaptable patter, the yarn is very stretchy and squishy so as long as you increase/decrease the starting chain by 2 stitches at a time you can make it fit any size head.

The sizing of the hat is very adjustable. Just remove chain stitches in increments of 4 to make it smaller and decrease the repeat rounds to make it shorter.
