Knitting: Scarf
This scarf is an experiment in a flat, reversible, striped scarf that is evenly stretchy. Knit in seed stitch in the round, a single row contrast color is worked between random width stripes until one color yarn starts to run out. Knitting: Animal Toy
This little snake is knit in the round from the tail up. It starts with a Turkish cast on like a toe-up sock. Both colors of yarn are carried up the inside of the knitting so there are no tails to weave in. The filling is a roll of white fleece with a monofilament nylon cord inside to let the snake make his body arch in his defensive posture.

The prototype is seven feet long, the record length for this ...
Knitting: Cloche Hat
This cotton hat features a 2 1/2” front brim in size small, 3” in medium. It tapers down to a 2” brim on the sides and back. The stretchiness of the crown allows it to fit even large heads, you just need to add rows in length. The pattern indicates where to try on the hat and add rows to fit.
