I suggest this pattern is at intermediate level due to using fine thread but if you are new to corner 2 corner stitching and are able to work with threads then this pattern is ideal because the written instructions have been written so beginners can follow.

This is a pattern for a miniature crochet rug which when completed with a 0.70 mm crochet hook will measure 2.75 inches in diameter.

For this pattern I used Hayfield Chunky with Wool, American alternatives have been added to the last page of the US pdf file with pictures. These were used by those who tested the pattern. If using red heart super saver or other Aran weight yarns then you will need to double up on the strands used in order to obtain the correct gauge.
