I created this pattern to help a little boy with his worries, I am a firm believer that sharing or speaking out loud about our worries takes away some of its power over us, I hope you enjoy making this as much as I did xx

I originally created this doll for my daughter to help her deal with any anxiety she may have felt while I was away at treatment, its aim was for Lily to tell her doll her worries as Im a huge believer that saying a problem out loud takes away some of its power, She LOVES her doll and I am very happy with the result.
