This bag is designed to accommodate some viewers’ thoughts on a simple bag that can be made by a beginner knitter.

I have designed this pattern thinking of Angelina Jolie’s movie, Salt. In the movie, she wears a simple ribbed short beanie that looks quite soldierly. I liked that beanie except the crown shape - it looked too round for my head. So I designed something wearable for myself.
