Knitting: Cowl
Slip Stitch For A Garden Cowl was designed as a Craftalong pattern for the Carolina Fiber Festival. The cowl was inspired by the beautiful Spring Bulbs that are in bloom during the annual Carolina Fiber Festival. The pattern uses elongated stitches and simple cables to emulate the blooming bulbs of spring in North Carolina.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
Isosceles Shawl is a triangular shawl constructed from the nape of the neck using a basic cast on. Alternating stripes of stockinette and garter formed with yarnover increases create a classic chevron shape. A single eyelet row worked by alternating yarnovers and K2togs adds interest to the stockinette stripe.

A warm, cozy cowl knit in fully reversible brioche stitch. The cowl is a great way to learn to knit brioche stitch. It features a Twisted German cast on and an Icelandic bind off to give the stretch needed for brioche stitch.

Iron Gate is a dishcloth designed to showcase a variety of cable stitch patterns. Braids, twists, and traveling cables - this tiny project has them all. The garter stitch border frames the cables and keeps the edges from rolling.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
The Basic Hat is knit in the round from the brim to the crown using super bulky yarn to make it a quick project. The brim is 1x1 rib. The rest of the hat is stockinette with an occasional row of purling to add a textured stripe. The crown is worked on double point needles to accommodate the small circumference rounds.
Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
Subtle Shades Socks are knit from the toe up with two contrasting yarns - a solid or tonal and a variegated.
