This hat uses four colours of Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick & Quick (great stash buster!) Here I’ve used Slate, Oatmeal, Black and a small amount of Butterscotch.

When carrying colours, do not make floats more than 3 stitches, and do not pull too tight! Twist from below so that the contrast colour stands out against the background. During the decrease rounds, once it gets uncomfortable to use circulars, switch to dpns.

This hat uses about half a skein of Heartland, and almost the whole skein of DIY Glow.
