Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
This pattern was originally available only to participants in Sock Madness 4, March 10, 2010, and therefore has only one size. Now you can download that pattern with a supplement included: a page of instructions for modifying the pattern for more sizes, to fit your own measurements and yarn and gauge.

Knitting: Beanie, Toque
Uses exactly one skein of Geode or other 50 g worsted-weight yarn. A very easy, non-fiddly way to start a top-down cap.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
A very easy approach to top-down construction, this seamless cap pattern is adaptable to multiple yarns, gauges and sizes, because it is sized by inches rather than by stitch-count. Infant to adult, fingering to bulky, you can knit a cap to fit from this pattern.
