Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
The Sweet Enough Sock is a toe up sock that can be knit cuff down as the chart will appear quite similar in either direction. Please note that instructions to do this are not included in the pattern and it uses the Fish Lip Kiss Heel, if you wish to use the pattern as written you must purchase that pattern separately. Any other heel worked over...
Knitting: Pullover
The High Street Pullover is exactly what it appears to be: a thoughtful dense gauge pullover knit flat and fully seamed. I do think that this is the perfect addition to my current patterns and I hope that you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed designing this pattern for you.
Knitting: Cowl
Inspired by the old Christchurch CBD the Strip Cowl Uses a repeating stripe pattern reminiscent of crosswalks and windows on buildings with a classic shape. The minimalist and simple infinity tube cowl is a great place to play with colours as all the ends are trapped in the middle after finishing giving you a dream project that is super easy to...
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This DK hat comes in two versions with two brim and length options meaning that there are 8 possible different hats you can make out of this one pattern. The hat is simple with a clean cast on edge from a cable cast-on and finished with a square crown shaped with decreases.
Knitting: Scarf
A quick and easy to knit bias scarf! What really makes this pattern special is the yarn choice. You can knit this with any Aran or Worsted weight yarn and either create a fade or just colour block it. I of course used Hedgehog Fibre Merino Aran in a 4 colour fade to make my dream scarf!
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
A fun and quick DK weight faded shawl was just what I needed one day. Instead of searching on Ravelry for one I wrote my own pattern and used a custom Hedgehog Fibre fade in their Merino DK.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
I love a big shawl, especially a big rectangular shawl. Now a faded rectangle shawl is not a new idea but I wanted one that was really simple so that it could be the perfect way to display a Hedgehog Fibre Fade. I designed this with a custom Potluck fade from the Hedgehog Team but all you need is to gather a 5 skein fade in their amazing yarn t...
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
A truly simple triangular shawl with a scalene shape. The shawl was designed to make the most of a single skein of Hedgehog Fibre Sock and is available with purchase of said yarn at Get Flocked or online at www.getflocked.co.nz
Knitting: Pullover
The Aran Pullover pattern was created out of a simple desire: an easy to customise unisex fit pullover in stockinette that is fully seamed. I was personally struggling to find one for myself and so decided to write and grade a pattern to fit a range of sizes.
Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
Created for my sister Michelle based upon the wedding rings that her partner and herself exchanged at their weddings. Both bands are marked with a Celtic Infinity not which is created by the two col- umns of twisted stitch purl centre cables and the central cable represents the way in which two lives bend together through compromise and compass...
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
Fletcher is a cabled beanie featuring bobbles with a double thick folded stockinette brim and thoughtful crown decreases. The hat makes the most of skein of the beautiful hand dyed yarn Merino Aran from La Bien Aimée. The original sample is knit in Romance, my personal favourite colour.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
My dear friend Bridget who brought me fully into knitting has the most amazing jacket, entirely cov- ered in patches. I’ve always wanted to use all these patches that I’ve collected but a jacket or a bag seemed like too much for my style, so I made my own compromise. Patch it Up provides a blank linear canvas for all those patches you love, cho...
