Crochet: Beanie, Toque
Need about half a skein of your main color, about a quarter of a skein in black and a small amount of pink.
Crochet: Potholder
Cotton, Cotton, Cottton. The most important piece of information is to use cotton yarn. Since this is a potholder, size really doesn’t matter, although thicker yarn and bigger hooks leads to bigger penguins.
Crochet: Ball
The “F” Bomb is a fun little stuffed toy. Throwing it playfully at people results in great puns like “She just dropped an F Bomb on us”. Works up quickly and is great for scrap yarn.
Crochet: Doll
This is a pattern for an 18 inch stuffed doll. Pattern includes instructions for a diaper to go with it. Pattern recommends using a color, for the body, one for the hair, and some leftover yarn for a diaper. Pattern was worked with worsted weight, but can be worked with thicker or thinner yarn if the hook is changed to accommodate.

This is a knitted baby blanket pattern with star shapes. The pattern contains only knit and pearl stitches, so shouldn’t be too hard for beginners.
