This is a colorwork pattern that’s like mosaic knitting--you work Color A for two rounds, and then Color B for two rounds--so relaxing!

These socks are knit in a cotton-mix yarn, which isn’t usually very stretchy. Since they’re lace (i.e., stretchy), you’d need to change the needle size if you’re using a wool yarn.

Since this pattern is a 10-stitch repeat, there aren’t very many size alterations that can be made in terms of stitch numbers. Instead, I’ve used a more general approach to sizing based on different needle sizes.
