Crochet: Cardigan
I love making wearable crochet, especially jumpers and tops and I find the most successful garments are the ones where I make them specifically to fit me, rather than follow a pattern with different sizes. By trying on at regular intervals I can shape the garment to fit me and let the design and shape flow.

Crochet: Ankle Sock
The sock is worked starting at the heel, which is made in rows of double crochet stiches. The foot and leg are then worked separately in rounds of half treble stitches, so there is no ugly seam to go wonky and no sections to sew up, apart from the end of the toe.

A sturdy, lined shopping bag made with cotton tape/ribbon type yarn. Every time I see her, my mum says this is the best thing I have ever made, her name is Olive, hence I named the pattern after her. I lined it with some cotton fabric in pale green with pink flamingos on it.
