Hive is made up of individual hexagons sewn together. The pattern is not sensitive to gauge, as long as it’s consistent for all the pieces, and the blanket size can go up or down a few inches accordingly.

This is a reversible scarf with a ribbed cable, so the pattern is the same on both sides. The density of the scarf depends on the blocking, since the unblocked cable rib is twice as many stitches per inch. It’s one size with one skein, but you can adjust length to what works for you by adding another skein of yarn.
