May is definitely my favourite time of year, it holds such promise. The warm late spring days remind me of my childhood. The bright new growth covering the world in that fresh beautiful green AND flowers everywhere! This blanket incorporates all of those things and is the perfect happy, dreamy make.

There’s something about working on a stripy blanket that is incredibly comforting. The Holiday Blanket came into being with the prospect of long journeys ahead and lots of time to sit and chill. The perfect project to work on when you need to be distracted by colours and the rhythm of the stitches.
