Any yarn will work, just stay consistent through out the pattern.

This pattern in knit in the round wherever possible with minimum sewing

Little clown is knit in the round, no seams. I used Caron simply soft yarn, but any yarn will work

8 to 10 inch doll can be made with scraps of yarns of equal weights
