The pattern contains instructions for Holly Berries as well as Snowflakes scrunchies. They are knitted in the round (a provisional cast-on is used to cast on).

This beanie was designed for friend HJ with a combination of traditional Fair Isle and Scandinavian motifs.

With the feeling of spring in the air I suddenly felt the urge to design a pair of wrists warmers in fresh spring colours. The wrist warmers are worked in the round. The stranded knitting technique (no more than two colours per round) is used.
Knitting: Headband
The headband is knitted in the round, starting and ending with a small ribbing. The stranded knitting technique is used combined with purl stitches to create little ‘dots’.

These fingerless mitts are inspired by the rippled textured and soft shades of the oyster shell.
Knitting: Legwarmers
These leg warmers are worked in the round. The stranded knitting technique (no more than two colours per round) is used.

This design is inspired by the beautiful golden leaves of the birches in autumn time.

These wrist warmers are worked in the round. As a result of the stitch pattern the work will twist to the right while knitting. Every four rounds the colour is changed, thus creating small blocks.

The design for the Shetland meets Bohus tam is based on the patterns used in the Shetland meets Bohus mittens. These mittens were published in Shetland wool Week Annual volume 5.

The inspiration for these fingerless mitts came from the traditional Fair-Isle motifs and these beautiful colours of Uradale yarns that made me think of a golden sky at dawn.

The blanket is worked flat in garter stitch and cables. The pattern is reversible. The cables create nice edges to the blanket.

Erratum: in rows 10-12 and 32-34 of the chart continue the pattern repeat of 4 stitches for the small motif until the end of the row instead of starting again at the first stitch of the chart after having worked the first 26 stitches of the pattern repeat.

The Merry Christmas stocking is knitted top down (from cuff to toe) in the round, using the stranded knitting technique. The heel is worked flat using short rows. Afterwards Christmas baubles are embroidered on the Christmas trees.

For this blanket Uradale DK, organic Shetland wool, is used. The centre panel of this blanket is worked in the round with a steek and is cut afterwards. No more than two colours are used per round (stranded knitting). The border is worked in the round as well, using three circular needles.
