A fun way to play with color - especially the Unicorn Tails by Madelinetosh! A quick, fair isle knit for a satisfying project.

Slipped stitches are a fun and simple way to add texture to a hat! The band is knit flat with a provisional cast on and joined together with a three needle bind off where you then proceed to pick up the stitches around the edge and work up for the body of the hat.

This pattern has the same beginning and end and you insert which of the three cable options you want. Do one or all three! Each cable gets more complex so this is a fantastic way to practice your cables!
