Knitting: Ankle Sock
These socks were made and named for my Grandmother, who taught me how to crochet as a child, which then led me to wanting to learn how to knit.

Crochet: Beret, Tam
This Tam was inspired by the one that Martha wore in the Doctor Who episode ‘Human Nature’
Crochet: Accessories - Other
Cute feminine lanyard with a loop at the bottom can be used to hang various crafting items, like small craft scissors (maybe the folding kind) or row counter, or even clip on a name badge or hang a pair of glasses off from. Simple and quick to make, can be done in one evening, so why not make a few in different colours to keep or give as gifts.
Crochet: Pillow / Cushion
This pillow is very similar to my first Tunisian pillow, Keepsake Pocket Pillow.
Crochet: Hanging Ornament
This little snowflake came out of the fact that I was tired of making the snowflakes in the little book that I had (this was before I got the 99 snowflake book!) and I thought, how hard can a snowflake be?
Crochet: Scarf
I created this scarf with my beginner students in mind. It’s a very simple pattern consisting of joining “patches” of single and double crochet into strips and embellish any way that you want! So I think this makes for a great first project if you’ve just learned how to crochet.
