Knitting: Cowl
This yarn is spun using 20% Vermont sled dog (yes, we have quite an active “mushing” community here) and this fiber is from a gorgeous team of Samoyeds. It is blended with border leceister to give it some luster. It softens and halos as you knit/wear it and it doesnt’ smell like dog, but will keep you warm like your best friend!
Knitting: Coat / Jacket
This is an easy jacket/sweater pattern! It is knit side to side starting at the underarm. Although it is knit flat, not in the round, the number of stiches you need for the body requires a circular needle.
Knitting: Headband
One skein of eco-duo makes two of these headbands! This is a perfect pattern for an advanced beginner. It is shaped using short rows and is mostly knit in ribbing with a decorative cable in the front.
Knitting: Cloche Hat
This is a beautiful ladies’ cormo with optional beaded “fan” embellishment. There are small, medium and large size options.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
The is an advanced-beginner hat pattern that incorporates a decorative weaving pattern.
Knitting: Gloves
This glove is knit sideways and in one piece (from pinky across to thumb and back to pinky). It is easy and neat and fits great.
