Knitting: Pet Toys
This is a great scrap buster for those really little bits that you just cant throw away! The color combos are limited only by your stash! The pattern is written using worsted weight yarn which makes a 2” mouse (minus the tail) but I’ve made them with sport weight as well. They just come out a little smaller.
Knitting: Brimmed Hat
This hat is as cute as the button on top! The main difference between the sizes is the size of the needle… The frilly little brim gives it the feminine touch and the colors can be anything you choose. It’s a great way to use up some of those left over balls of yarn along with a main color.
Crochet: Purse / Handbag
You will need 3 skeins of Color A (I chose Black) & 1 Skein of Color B (I used Bird of Paradise Variegated)
Crochet: Bracelet
I used 2 strands held together (a strand each of Colors A & B) for the foundation/main band and used Color B (I chose yellow DMC 642) for the edging. It requires 1 skeins of Color A & 2 skeins of Color B (which you use for the edging.)
Crochet: Bracelet
The pattern is written for a 7” bracelet but with a simple adjustment of + or - 3 chain stitches you can make it to fit most lengths. The bracelet also has a bit of stretch inherant in it.
Crochet: Bracelet
I used 2 strands held together for the foundation/body of the cuff. I combined two colors for the main band and used one of the colors (I chose white) for the edging. It requires only 1 skein each of the two colors.
