Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
The Evening Star Wrap is a triangle shaped, entrelac shawl. I designed it thinking of what would be good to wear on a date night out. It uses 5 colors - I used Knit Picks Gloss Lace, which has a touch of silk in it and feels soft on your skin. It’s light and airy, but still warm.

Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
Iris is a crescent-shaped shawl, knit from the bottom up, with 2 garter edge stitches on each end. The lace pattern is repeated 13 times across the row and worked 3 times in its entirety. The lace section is rectangle-shaped and the short rows at the top gives it a slight curve. This pattern has both written and charted directions

Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
This easy, asymmetrical shawl is knit in garter stitch with small lace section knit in garter stitch. The beads added to the decreases in the lace section add that little bit of shimmer to help it shine.

Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
This sock is knit from the toe up with an after-thought heel. The directions are written using magic loop, but that method was just what I used to knit this. Absolutely use whichever method is comfortable for you! The simple lace pattern is charted and wraps around the sock to appear like a rolling wave.

Knitting: Accessories - Other
We live on Guam and every day, my kids and I are down on the beach. While my son is at school, my daughter and I will walk the beach and look for shells. I have started designing and knitting both of us lacy parasols; something that will keep the sun off of our backs but we can still feel the ocean breeze.
