Knitting: Pullover
This pattern can be made both on a machine and by hand, as I have provided instructions for both. I did not knit mine by hand, so you will have to check gauge to make it by hand. If you do, let me know and I will add it to the pattern!
Crochet: Messenger Bag, Market bag (slouchy)
There was a disturbing lack of mermaid purses available in the world…which I have now fixed!
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
I got some free yarn as a reward for tutoring a boy in math, and here’s what I did with it! It’s a super easy pattern; it’s basically just a bulky stockinette hat, but the yarn is so soft and squishy that it is AMAZING. Gauge is not essential for this pattern (read: I didn’t check my gauge and made something anyway).
Knitting: Pullover
This pattern was hand written many years ago by my great-grandmother, Mary Moore Cox. It is partially incomplete, as it only supplies instructions for only one size, and includes no finishing/washing instructions, so I would definitely recommend that a beginner knitter NOT attempt to knit this as their first sweater!
Crochet: Animal Toy
This yeti is the official Yarn Yetis (yarnyetis.com) business mascot! After I finished designing him, I just knew that he was too cute to keep to myself!
Crochet: Bedspread
This blanket is my current work in progress. I started making it when I was pretty stressed, and this pattern was just interesting enough that I wouldn’t get bored, but just simple enough that I didn’t have to look at my notes!
Knitting: Picture Frame, Wall Hanging
This pattern was inspired by my desperate need for somewhere to place my various earrings (I had kept them in the Claire’s bag that they came in).
Crochet: Cowl
This pattern was made with some of my random stash yarn (I have a ridiculous amount!).
Crochet: Pillow / Cushion
This pattern was made because of my age-old love of The Chronicles of Narnia.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This hat was designed for my little sister, Tabitha Jane, who was born on March 4th, 2015.
Knitting: Pullover
My adoptive brother, Jonathan (who will be 3 in April), was lacking in the sweater department, so I decided to design one just for him!
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
Okay, so a few weeks ago, I REALLY wanted a small shawl. Like…REALLY badly. And, unfortunately, I couldn’t find a pattern that particularly suited my taste. So, I made my own little “shawlette” (let’s all just pretend that that’s a word).
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This pattern was inspired by my Prisoner of Azkaban scarf I made about a year ago.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
This pattern was designed by my desperation (she’s actually quite creative)! Feel free to do whatever you like with your creation, sell it, change the pattern, etc.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This pattern is just a basic ribbed beanie with a really cool crown. Feel free to do what you like with the pattern, sell your creations, etc. But please do give me the credit!
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
I had started knitting this hat with a pattern, but when I was about 2 inches into the ribbing, I decided that I didn’t like that pattern.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This hat was the brain-child of desperation. I was (and currently still am) working on 22 different projects for Christmas. scream
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This pattern wasn’t actually inspired by anything. I was just trying to come up with clever ways to knit up the many partial skeins of white yarn I have!
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
Okay, so I made a scarf recently that was just so FABULOUS that I couldn’t restrain myself. I turned the pattern for the scarf into a hat!
