By alternating two skeins of the same colorway that started in different points in the color set, I feel I was able to showcase the color changes in a new way.

This simple ribbed scarf is perfect for a beginner. The ruffles at either end will allow the knitter to add increases and decreases to their repertoire of stitches while gaining practice in switching from knit to purl and recognition of one over the other.
